Initial Comments:Based on the findings of an offsite follow-up survey completed 8/05/2022, Caregivers Health Services had corrected the deficiency cited under PA Code, Title 28, Health and Safety, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G, Chapter 601, Home Health Care Agencies. The deficiency was cited as a result of a Medicare Recertification and State Licensure survey completed 2/25/2022.
